Dianne Dyar is Projects Coordinator at the John C. Stennis Institute of
Government, Mississippi State University and will be responsible for the
logistics of seminars and conventions.  She will also coordinate the
"Citizens' Academy of Politics", a grassroots primer for those interested in
becoming a political candidate or working in a campaign,  in partnership
with local chambers throughout the State. 

Prior to joining the Stennis Institute, she was Executive Director of the
award-winning Madison County (Mississippi) of Chamber of Commerce.   Dianne
has extensive expertise in customer service, communication, and leadership
development with volunteers.  She also has 18 years of service in state
government. 

Dianne is a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management and past
chair for the Chamber Division of the Mississippi Economic Development
Council.

She is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women. 

Dianne is married to Dave Dyar, a commercial lending officer.
